The Workday Functional Analyst leads the conversion, testing, and configuration of assigned functional HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits etc), within the Workday implementation project. Reporting to the Functional Architect, the Workday Functional Analyst will be the primary point of contact for the assigned HCM module(s), to ensure that the future state of the Workday system meets and exceeds project and stakeholder expectations. In collaboration with the consulting implementation partner, this role is accountable for the optimal configurations and setup of the assigned Human Resources functions within the Workday application.
Functional conversion lead for assigned module(s)
Leads the completion of design workbooks and business requirements for the assigned module(s)
Leads Workday configurations for the assigned functional module(s)
Lead functional testing processes to ensure that Workday design and configurations meet the needs of the Human Resources function
